every end is a new beginning.

It is with bittersweet feelings that I announce the end of the journey that has been MY MOMMY BURNT THE COOKIES. If you managed to snag yourself a copy in the last couple years, I can't thank you enough. The book is officially out of print, and the first-run edition has become the only edition. (I smell a collector's item!) I could never thank Kraken Books, Ltd. enough for making one of my biggest dreams come true. Thank you for choosing me as your first author and for believing in the message of my story. Although the book will no longer be available for purchase, my story and its message of love will live on. (forever.) With such a special foreword written by a special person, and illustrations that look like they hatched from my heart (thank you, Briana Ladwig!), this book means more to me than I could ever even try to explain. It has meant so much to me to see the happiness this adventure has brought my mommy, Jill Cherryholmes. She has been touched by all the love shown, and it has brought so much love into her world.

It's hard to believe that what started as a college homework assignment turned into a YouTube video, and eventually into what it became. This could be the end of my time as an author, or this could be a springboard for something new. (If you know me, you know I dream big and like to live out loud, so only time will tell!) Either way, I have this wonderful story to leave behind. Who could ask for anything more?
